I need your help to get urls of those streams to play in Simpletv(so I can enlarge the buffer size;) ...cause I have a slow internet)

As for the videos from that site, I was able to record and playback no problem using Replay Media Catcher

I have a question and would appreciate if someone can help with this!

I have those MIPS urls (or rtmpdump), how can I play them in Flash in a web browser (JWPlayer, etc)??
