Need the rtmp from this manifest

 

I need the rtmp or http stream link from this file for use with wirecast. I have tried various methods such as wireshark and rtmpdump, but with no success.

It is a stream from www.masters.com. I need the stream from each of the 5 live streams. Here is the xml with all the manifests. It is in txt but it is an xml.

look for f4m file and use the adobehds script

So i used the firefox script and got this

DO I just input this into terminal?
I have never used rtmpdump before so I am a bit confused.

When I did this before it said could not find adopbehds.php

Download bcmath from and run the command...........

Ok I downloaded it and loaded the hds link into terminal and still says cannot find php

I got it to work and now it says downloading fragments. I need to get the rtmp;// link not download the flv. It is a livestream.

I need to be able to get the rtmp url so I can send it into wirecast.
