Help to dump from iCastLive.tv

I have tried to dump from this site. this is my code.

rtmpdump -r "rtmp://cdn.icastlive.tv:80/lb" -a "lb" -p "http://static.icastlive.tv/embed.php?channel=459427770&vw=1074&vh=460&domain=wrestling-network.net&wmode=opaque" -W "http://www.icastlive.tv/_.swf" -y "qPckKKuDk9H296chTHQN"

what am i doing wrong? why can't i dump it? the stream is domain protected and i have permission to be doing this too (i'm admin on the site thats running the stream)
