can't record flv video

i'm trying to record 2 videos from a site, but no success. the site is using jeroen wijering's player (http://www.jeroenwijering.com/?item=JW_Media_Player) which uses an xspf playlist, but in the playlist, there are rtmp files and i can't download them. hoping someone might be able to help me out here.

Have you tried any RTMP flash stream recorder?

I used Replay Media Catcher and was able to record the first RTMP stream (there should be no problem with the second one). I paused the stream in the browser when RMC started recording it. Please note that commercials here have separate HTTP .flv streams.
