You may try to use US proxy servers to access streaming media content rerstricted to the US users. It could take some time to find free working proxy server.

I was able to watch VH1 videos restricted to the US using peaksurf.info recently.

Many AOL videos can be played from outside the U.S. from Winamp's Media Library. Just make sure you have the full version installed.
