Two Soundtaxi Errors: Error Reading File at Stage 2 & Conversion Didn't Start

Yeah, I get two errors on Soundtaxi that I have no idea what they are...

These both happen to songs during conversion, but they only happen to about 40% of the 1700+ songs I'm converting...

Error 1: "Error Reading File At Stage 2"

Error 2: "Conversion Didn't Start Within 60 Seconds"

Yeah, could anyone help me with this? It would be MUCH appreciated.

What kind of files are you converting?

The main requirement is that you must be able to play the original files in
Windows Media Player / QuickTime Player on your PC.

Can SoundTaxi convert DRM protected music from iTunes Store? Should I play it in QTP?

But, Soundtaxi is able to convert music bought from iTunes, right?
I don't know whether iTunes files are playable in either WMP or QTP, but it says it can convert iTunes files, and it has converted about 90% of my iTunes music already, I just have about 50~ songs that it hasn't converted, with those two errors.

iTunes files have to play in QuickTime Player, so first of all please check
the problem files in QTP.

Have you installed the latest Soundtaxi version (2.7.2)?
If not, please download it from our official site by clicking on "Download
free trial" and install. Use your old license code for activation.

This version has new 'troubleshoot' slider in settings dialog. In case if your problem persists, please try to move that slider step-by-step and find a mode which gives reliable conversion results on your PC.

Let me know if the issue is solved now.
