How can we Download video from WAT? [SOLVED]


 
Hello guys,

I'm looking for download a streaming video from the site "WAT", the video won't be long on this website, and i don't want to loose this video. Can please somebody give me the URL to download this ? Do i need to use rtmpdump or another tool? I want to have the "HD" version
