I need help to recode video streaming.

I have tried Replay Media Catcher for recode below link.It succeed to show streaming URL and download on secure recode mode. But it only result in corrupted file which is not playable video file.Is there anyone who can recode or download All of video streamming from below url link?
and for your information, To play this link, You require activeX installation of streaming player(Aqua player) and you must have 2Giga byte free space on C drive for playing streaming video.it works only on IE not Firefox or Chrome browser.)

But Is there REALLY NO ONE who can donwload or recode stream video from above url(or the way of bypassing protection which seems prevent me from recoding)?
