Help a noob rip a Ustream live stream

Hello,
I am trying to record a Ustream live broadcast (Outside Lands Music Festival - http://www.ustream.tv/outsidelands) using Replay Media Catcher 4 (I've also used HiDownload Premium, same results), but I'm having some trouble. None of the .flv segments that are getting downloaded are playable with any of the .flv players I've tried. VLC returns the following error:

"No suitable decoder module:
VLC does not support the audio or video format "undf". Unfortunately there is no way for you to fix this."

What am I supposed to do? How do I properly download the stream? Please, answer my question in a noobish fashion, I am relatively new to the sphere of online streaming :o

Latest GetFLV can help you download twitcasting.tv videos. Please try new "iPad Download Mode". (Launch GetFLV and switch browser to Safari Kernel)

GetFLV fails to load the page properly, plus I'm not trying to download from twitcasting.tv, but ustream.tv. Any other ideas?

Latest GetFLV can download your Ustream live stream no problem. Please try "iPad Download Mode":
1.Launch GetFLV and switch browser to "Safari Kernel".
2.Navigate to http://www.ustream.tv/outsideland, GetFLV will detect M3u8 stream url.
4.Close your browser window and download M3u8 stream.

It freezes when asking me for a bitrate. Whatever button I press, nothing happens (while the video is stuck at "Still loading"). I am using the trial version.

Would be lovely if I got it to work.

3. Close your browser window (go to the Home of GetFLV)

Thank you, I managed to figure that out myself a bit later. However, this time I'm running into another problem. The stream doesn't seem to get downloaded at all. The "File size", "Completed", "Speed" etc. fields are simply left blank, there is no preview window and when the download gets "finished", it gives me a 0kb .flv file.

I must be really dumb.

Any help? The concert I want to record is tonight, so time is running out.
