Twitcam rtmpdump parameters

I want to download a video from twitcam, I have rtmpdump but I don't know how I can find the parameters to put in rtmpdump. The twitcam url is http://twitcam.livestream.com/f4cm2. Thanks.

use rtmpexplorer or rtmpdumphelper or wireshark
