Trying to download a file

I'm trying to download the file in the player at this address:
http://glz.fm/index.php?action=media;sa=item;in=19384

NetTransport is telling me that the URL to download is
rtmp://glz-s.nsacdn.com:1935/glz_aod/<break>mp3:/glz.fm_2013-06-23_86.mp3

However, when I try to download the file it doesn't work and all I'm getting is a "Flash Media Server (FMS) error."

What am I doing wrong?
