How can I download this video?

Please I used to have this video on another computer but I forgot how I downloaded it in the first place. I suspect that it is a RTMP. Please help me.

Screen Capture tools such as Replay Video Capture record this fine - and are much more user friendly

RTMPDump is great - but has a bit of a learning curve :)
