KCRW Live Stream

I'm a total newbie to rtmpdump and basically just want to capture the live stream from an NPR station so I can time-shift it and listen to it as if it were live, later.

I'm pretty sure the stream is coming somehow from here:

http://kcrw.ic.llnwd.net/stream/kcrw_live

But —*I'm not sure what to do to marshall the parameters that rtmpdump requires. Wireshark is bonkers and I can't seem to find anything else of use in chrome://net-internals.

Any help is appreciate — and even a little note about how you found what you need? What tools, etc?

Thanks
