Hello

I have a 16 channel H.264 DVR and I’m able to monitor my cameras on the internet and my smart phone. I got the dyndns service in order to deal with changing IP addresses.

I’m able to monitor my cameras on my smart phone when I use my host name from dyndns. But when I check my cameras in my laptop using my host name I can see them working for like two minutes then I lose the connection. My laptop updates and takes the IP address of the new location I’m connecting from. After that I lose the connection.

How I can make it work so I can use my laptop to monitor my home when away from home?
The Dyn Updater (v4.1.10) for Windows is installed in my laptop, should I delete it so it doesn’t keep updating the IP address from the away home locations I use?
