JW player Video Buffer Problem


 
I have a mac and using the ScreenFlow to record the videos online.
But, the videos i am trying to record (JW player) kept on buffering which really screws up my recording...I can't see the progress of the video being loaded.
Is there any way to figure out how long I have to wait till the JW player video is fully loaded so that there is no buffers?
