I haven't noticed any FAQ at iptv.thaitv.tv that explains what kind of software is required to use the web-site.

However the web-site is build with ASP.NET. It usually means that Windows Media streaming is used.

I have found mms:// URL. They must be using Windows Media streamed through the MMS protocol for all their videos. Many media stream recorders support these streams.

For example, you may use freeware GetASFStream. However I recommend WM Recorder. You will definitely notice the difference between WM Recorder and other stream capturing software while recording live TV streams.

I seriously doubt that their videos are DRM protected.
