URL no longer downloading file

I am having trouble downloading from this link. I used to not have any issues, but i noticed they made slight changes to the url and since then, i receive an error stating i do not have access. The original link does not work anymore either. i have pasted a copy of the link. these are the same file

I was using Ultimate User Agent Switcher to obtain the URL of the stream. This is how I have been doing it. Copy/paste the link to IDM. I was able to directly DL via IDM but that is no longer working also as of yesterday.

IDM and Orbit seem to be able to find the url and attemept to dl, but the DL does not work.
