WM Capture 6 activation problem Windows 8I have installed the upgrades to the Bonus Bundle and all are working except WM Capture. Every time I enter the Bonus Bundle code it tells me it's UNREGISTERED and takes me to the site to upgrade!!! I have paid (twice!) for this (by mistake thinking I needed the upgrade) but I already had it! I even got the correct codes sent again - and have tried all of them for the SW below.
WM Recorder - Bonus Bundle Edition WM Capture Upgrade: WM Recorder Bonus Bundle Everything Upgrade. None work! I have emailed cs@applian.com and not had any reply.. Has anyone got this to work??? If so - how? PS I also installed V4 and V5 - both of which activated successfully -And V5 works. Thanks for any help!! |
