Real Audio/Real Video File Conversion for Nero 6

Hi,

I have Nero 6 on my computer. I have Real media (Real Audio and Real Video) files on my computer. I want to convert them to MPEG to burn on my CDs. So can anyone help me any codecs which are available to convert RM files?
