How to compile 2.4 for Android?

Website of rtmpdump includes an android binary but it is for the version 2.3

I couldn't find a documentation on the site that explains how we can compile for android. Actually i need librtmp inside of it.

Anyone has experience on compiling librtmp 2.4 + android?
