Need help downloading audio

Does anyone know how I can download the audio file which is hiding behind the player on this page?

The site is in Hebrew but there is a recorded program on that page.

It's an rtmp stream but I can't get with either NetTransporter, Coojah, Blader or Orbit. This is a particularly tough one.

Thanks, but I really don't understand how this whole rtmpdump thing works. Is there any other way to get it or is this the only one? I can't even figure out how you got to that URL.
