trouble to watch IP link from home after installed CCTV to internet

Had just connect my store CCTV to the internet and got the IP login address to watch from home. Im sure its installed successfully because the guy who set up my connection had tried to watch from his laptop earlier. Unfortunately could not see anything when I try the same thing at home. Think there may be problem with the player. Need HELP!!! :confused:

His laptop must have been connected to your wifi so it was internal viewing and not over the Internet anyway.

All he had to do (or you have to do now) is to setup port forwarding on your router!
