Anyone else have any problems viewing videos from the russian website rutube lately

 

I had no problems viewing videos from this site(http://rutube.ru/). before until yesterday Now, when I click on the link to a video, the video will not play. Any video on rutube will not play when I click on the link. I am using ubuntu linux operating system , but I don't think thats the issue. My web browser is Mozilla firefox , but that isn't the issue either. Could the website now be restricted from US borders?(I am a US citizen). Or do you think I just need to upgrade my adobe video flash player ?
