Can't capture certain video stream from RTE Player

I need to download a GAA football match for my brother who is abroad as the video cannot be accessed from his location. The video is located here -

I have downloaded matches before from the rte player site using URL Snooper to get the stream url and then using rtmpdump to download the video but I don't see any rtmpe stream for this video in URL Snooper. I see urls for the pre-game advertisements and I see a url that begins with http://av.rte.ie and ends with .mp4 but this doesnt work with rtmpdump and if I paste it into a webrowser it just shows a white page with the word 'OK'. I was kind of thinking that this url serves up the actual match if certain http headers are sent...and that is why just pasting it into the browser doesnt work?

So does anyone know how to capture the video stream of this match?
