Wanting to download from ITV Player

My goal is to download videos from the ITV Player.
I want to download videos such as this one http://www.itv.com/itvplayer/video/?Filter=318919

I have read some threads here advising to use RTMPexplorer, and so I downloaded RTMPExplorer from the link on this page
Then I unzipped it and clicked on it, but an error popped up stating:

i think u have to install .NET Framework on your computer.

also u can download with RTMP EXPLORERX and RTMPDUMP HELPER
