Firewall, antispyware, antimalware disabling must help

I suggest you to temporarily disable your antispyware/antimalware and firewall software one by one.

I've used Zone alarm without any problem so it is the last thing to try to disable.

After finding the program that causes such effects we should contact its developer to correct the problem.

Please also let me know what kind of I.E. version you have. And I suggest you to try free Mozilla Firefox browser. I can't live without such features as multiple tabs and mouse gestures anymore ;)

I have disabled all "filters" including anti virus and still get "cant display page" when trying to download Replay Music, etc.
I have I.E 6.0.2900. and have never had a problem downloading files, programs, etc.
My computer is a HP Media Center XP. Since it is a media center computer, could HP have done something to keep me from these types of files?

Your continued help will be appreciated

NOTE!!!!!!! I had not been notifed by email that there were replies to my question. Is there an option whereby I would be notified of replies? Many of the computer help sites do have that feature.

Can you please upload the screenshot of the "can't display page" to the forum or send it to me? Is it a 404 error?

I dunno whether HP has done something or whether it was Microsoft. We had a few similar errors and we're trying to get some statistics to find the cause of the problem. Still no luck.

Unfortunately at this moment this forum only can notify you about the replies.
