rtmpexplorer worked once but never again


 
I used rtmpexplorer once, it worked perfectly and I got the flv file. But at second change it does not work anymore, the promp only displays

Delete cookies and cache in Internet Explorer, update Flash Player to the latest release and download latest rtmpdump files, you can find them on Unofficial release in the first post and try again.

At the first time it works but at second the problem persists
