Reset and default password DVR

I have an 8 Channel H.264 Network dvr model AVD-8828V. It is in chinese language. i can access the admin control panel.

Anyway to reset the dvr and what is the default password

1234 / 1/ 11/ aa/ 0000 do not work before any reset done.
