Okay, quick question. I need some help in finding a good and easy to use mp3 editing software. I am recording long streams through Shoutcast and want to be able to edit the long mp3 into several 20 or so minutes tracks (4 or 5 songs per track). Which program would you recommend for a rookie, where I can easily get in there and put in breaks, and save each section into a separate mp3.
Is this something that is possible... I'd imagine it must be, but which program is easy to use. I prefer freeware, and as basic of a program as possible. The only other thing i might want to be able to do is set each mp3 to fade in and fade out. Thanks!!! |
Re: A good mp3 editing program...I prefer to use freeware mp3DirectCut to split MP3 files losslessly.
You may also try freeware sound editor Audacity |
