rtmp stream stops playing after 6hrs, messing my recordings , can this be fixed?

 

Hello , my favorite site uses rtmp streaming. I have tried recording streams there with faststone and windows media capture . Both worked ok and recorded beyond 6 hours but the stream stops( needs to be restarted manually and I know it's not the end of the broadcast ) 6hrs after it's launched each damn time!! Admin said they weren't limiting anybody to that amount of time , I've checked power saving settings , flash.... but didn't find anything relevant . Any help would be greatly appreciated.
