Video Streaming problems

Hello People,

i have some difficulties with broadcasting (maybe hardware and software), could someone give correct info where i answers become?

The hardware:
2 DV Camera, Videonics Mixer (Composite Video cable - RCA) ((Have FireWire but not used!!!))
Dazzle DVC-107 encoder (used at 852x480 - stream use 512Kbit bandwith, but tested on more higher level not solved the picture "goose-skin" problem)
Dell Vostro Core2Duo1,8Ghz CPU 2 GB RAM,
Windows Media Encoder 9, Windows 2003 Server Media Services
(On Client side Windows Media player)

The usage:
Broadcasting church services at wednesday (1 times) and sunday (2 times)

The problems:
- The person who is on the picture has like "goose-skin" when fast moving. (Deinterlace not solved the problem, USB port error? resolution, notebook cpu? Software?)
- The stream interrupted more often (maybe network error? or server side problem?)
- I have red, that the DV cameras has more better picture quality if used its FireWire ports, it is correct?
- What is the better, using the Dazzle audio line-in input or the notebook microphone input to the stream audio (it is one sound-mixer before the notebook)
- If i use wrong software (WMEncoder 9 - old, other problems??), what could i use to stream windows media video stream, what is priceless (it is only a wish? :) ), or what else encoder software is accessible what is free to use and could stream in these format? (Or such format for what i could install a broadcast server on UNIX, LINUX or WINDOWS server?)

if i am not on the correct forum, then sorry for your time, and please give me council where i could go, where have i better chance to become answer for my questions.

with regards,

SirFrankie

ps.: sorry, form my bad english too....
