Decrypt daisy file protected by library of congress nsl key

I'm trying to play the file with a daisy reader such as http://www.daisy.org/amis but it says the file is protected.

Have you tried a Screen Capture program yet?

I recommend Replay Video Capture. :)

Unfortunately, I cannot play the file, so I don't know how to capture it.

Oooh ok,you cant even PLAY it. I thought you were getting the copy protection when recording, not viewing. That's an one, I'm not sure.

Yes, when I open the file with a daisy reader, it says it's protected and it doesn't play it.
