How do I use RTMP Explorer please?


 
Hi,
A while ago somebody helped me get RTMP Explorer working on my laptop and i managed to get the programme i wanted downloaded.

I managed to locate that file and used the program again tonight to download something but i cant find where to find the flv file?

Please can someone help me?

Well i bring the window up, paste the url in and then i do not know what to do next?
