I had a hard drive that went south and lost a lot of stuff. One was the DynDns software setup for the IP address for my Dvr. I can't remember where I got the correct software for the service. I paid for a two year service plan. I know how to get to the site but I can't figure out how to download the proper software. I have sent them two e-mails with my order number and that sort of information but they never reply. (Probably due to not having a commercial setup.) I would appreciate any help in this as I simply can't remember what I had done to get the software in the first place. All I know is I had read about their service on here somewhere last March.
