If you had read carefully you would have noticed that it is a 403 error, which probably just means he is missing the Query String from the URL.

Yeah I saw that, just got back from vegas a few hours before that (Was there for Affiliate Summit West followed by CES).

I was in recovery mode until about 12:30 this afternoon still.
