Stream MPEG-TS


 
Hello everybody,
I need to stream video and audio to local network in mpeg-ts format from capture device.

TVsets through the same network have connect to this PC to known output port and get streams.

The stream parameters must be:
Stream Mpeg-ts via UDP with multicast.

What software or encoder can help me to stream this?
Should I locally setup a streaming server for a solution of this task?
