rtmpexplorer stream not starting and error

 

What does it mean when the stream doesnt start (keeps loading) in rtmpexplorer and rtmpsrv gives a "WARNING: Trying different position for client digest!"?

After a while the video stops loading and the site throws me back to the front page, rtmpsrv returns a RTMP_ReadPacket error... failed to read RTMP packet header...

I have tried to catch the url and get it going in rtmpdump but it just closes the connection...

First make sure the site streams through RTMP protocol. Some Flash vids are streamed through HTTP protocole (eg. Youtube) so much so that Rtmpexplorer or Rtmpsrv don't work.

But it also happens that Rtmpexplorer & Rtmpsrv don't work despite the RTMP protocole.
