Sport commentary from recorded streams ?

Sport commentary from recorded streams ?

 

I just bought a euro- sport player subscription on line. I am new to the concept of streaming and particularly stream recording.

There already recorded TV does not play with commentary as you would get on a normal TV.

I am not technical expert but it there a way round this ?
