I need a PC Tablet (for college)

 

I am a college student,I want to buy a tablet.I know that Apple iPad 2 has the best quality,however,I do not have enough money to buy it.I want to have a PC tablet to take notes in the class or surf the Internet .If anybody can give me any advice to buy one?

Give us some more details! What exactly do you need. And I disagree with your statement the Apple IPad 2 is the best, in my opinion the Surface Pro 3 is the best. And you have to admit that sometimes if you pay more money it is more longterm based. However if you buy rather a cheap one then a good one...
