roll back drivers for firewire recording

roll back drivers for firewire recording to capture HDTV video

 

I have a firewire card and a compatible STB with the DVHS software.
From what i've read, it's possible my firewire drivers are too new - which drivers (file names) do I need to get legacy versions so i can capture HDTV video?
