Problem downloading/ripping/capturing/saving tv4play.se stream using rtmpdump

I'm trying to rip from this address:

In 2.2d it says

I'm looking on earlier versions but they seem to miss RTMPdump-file. They don't accept this command.

What to do?
This is version 2.2d for OS X.

Use the latest version of RTMPdump. You shouldn't have the Handshake 9 error using v.2.4
