You must be inside UK or use a vpn. To get the link try atresdownloader (brightcove call)

hi, I put all that link (paste url) into the atresdownloader software but it did not find it (I think it said unknown link at the bottom of the screen)
did I do something wrong?

its not a proxy issue

The brightcove call must be made with proxy too. Are you in UK? Try with proxies too.

hi, yes I am in the UK I have tried with and without using a proxy and I still can't get the video to download but I can watch in on the web site with no problem

can you please give me a step by step guide how to download videos from that site as I have looked at the screen shot you posted so I know it possible

1- install the program
2- check all is ok (no error message)
3- paste the link in url section
4- check no proxies
5- press search (magnifying glass)
6- if you see the button-links press the desired resolution

Also you can use proxies for anonimity, check it. If does not work at first repeat.

hi, the videos will download now but the .mp4 file will not play I have tried to play them with too media players and it says the file is corrupt

The hds on channel5 uses adobe access. I'm not sure about the rtmp sources. Check the header of the video file for references to flash access, encv, or enca.
