any good programmers here?

 

for ch@turb8 i have a bat file that allows me to record a show by just entering their username, but this is only for online users and i have to manually stop the script once the show is over. i was wondering if there was a way to possibly convert this into an automated program, similar to the cam4 grabber? i have the ch@turb8 recorder but it is rather unreliable and doesn't always record the streams.

would any good programmer be interested in making a program that allows you to do this?

i'm currently watching tutorials on how to create programs in vb! ugh, this'll take me years to figure out how to implement it :(

I'm planning on selling it, but I don't have a creditcard. Perhaps if I can somehow get a CB account with tokens. I'll even share it publicly if I can get 1000 tokens.

Well I have tried it and I have also tried several different apps that Elgero wrote before. Guess what, Elgero's apps are more comfortable for use and have friendlier user interface because of their simplicity. Further, they don't use lot of computer resources so they were (and the ones that still works) are better for me.

No sorry, I don't have an MFC recorder. As far as I know it requires a modified version of rtmpdump/librtmp to handle the 'challenge' that the MFC server sends you and I'm not a C-programmer.

Yes I agree. This looks very simple and user friendly.

However, no matter how complicate any GUI app looks like people will get use to it if it do the job they need.

I also agree. Elgeros tool looks pretty damn sweeeeet ;). And itsme, since your still following the chat here, why not make lurk4 working again. It was the best recorder for myfreecams amongst other thing, and im still using quickview to edit ...

Which dll? ;) And im a legit user... I dont know what exactly happened, but you should definately make a monthly scheme like on the xexit app, lurk4 is/was awesome.
