How can I record this stream?

I used to be able to download these matches using video cache viewer. recently they changed their streaming service to what is it now. i can no longer find the url or find the file in cache. it seems the stream is fed in parts. can anyone help or show me what software i will need to accomplish this? i believe the files are f4v.

here is the link to the site with the stream

UPDATE
Is there some place I can find documentation on how to use this program. I am having trouble trying to figure out how it all comes together.

I have download the necessary files based on the links provided above.

HDS Link Detector add-on for Firefox in Firefox Bookmarks

The HDS Link Detector does not seem to be compatible with the firefox version i have, 14.0.1. I tried to install an older version (7.0) but i still received the same message

HDS Link Detector add-on for Firefox Error

AdobeHDS.php //what do i do with this? where does this go? how do i run it?

PHP-5.4.10-nts-Win32-VC9-x86 // installed successfully on Win 7 x64

On https://github.com/K-S-V/Scripts the AdobeHDS.php usage state:
Quote:

You can either use manifest switch or use any download manager with batch capabilities to download the fragments though use of manifest switch is recommended
The issue is that i am not understanding how it all comes together. Where do i place/run the AdobeHDS.php script file? I currently use Internet Download Manager and i believe that does handle batch download; however I think my understanding of where to start or what to do next is lacking. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance

here are the first 3 urls i was found using Ultimate User Agent Switcher, URL Sniffer add-on using chrome.

I was wondering if you still had a copy of that video you made for me. The link seems to have been removed and I just re installed my OS and lost the file.
