rtmpdump is a command line program, you cannot open it by double click. You have to open it via cmd!! I'm so happy you could understand how to run it!!

Download .swf file!! Then with that script, decompress it on your HDD, then use .swf file, don't use .$wf(because that's original .swf)!!;)

where is .swf extension?You have forgotten to add extension of the file. You should do this:
C:\*******\flasm16win>flasm -x secureplayer.swf ;)

rtmpdump doesn't need SecureToken to download this stream!! In fact Stream doesn't use Token!!

And rtmpdump doesn't work in this case, for downloading this stream you need Coojah + Blader!!
