I am stuck at the loading screen. I have tried reinstalling the app but it always gets stuck in the red loading screen.

Well, I'm still able to download the videos with my 2.2 IPA.

The only problem is, the downloads aren't 720x480 anymore. They turned down the resolution again.

At least you can get something. I can't even login in the app. I have tried versions 2, 4, 5 and 6. None will work. Only 7 and up. And version 7 uses other file format.

It's the same IPA everyone's been using. I don't know the iOS atm, but it's the latest one for the iPod Touch 4g.

Today a Netflix rip was posted. It was not a capture and it was 480p. There must be some method to do this. Is the ios method back? The file name is Pee-wees Big Holiday (2016)

wow, i remember first posting this then with help being able to download 1080p files. those were the days haha. i believe they could've gotten it by using the IOS method as it still downloads in 480p just not HD, i believe so anyways. I've left this alone since they disabled HD

Yeah. The scene figured out how to rip Netflix 720p streams and include high bit rate AC-3 5.1 audio. These are not captures either. Quite an accomplishment really.

Those are all captures done over HDMI output, don't get fooled by 5.1 audio, most of the capture cards are able to record it.

I want to add something. You can easily download the 5.1 audio track. When using the Netflix Windows 8 app, you get the 5.1 audio track unencrypted. 2.0 audio is encrypted though. The Android app is using unencrypted 2.0 audio.

NF69 said they have untouched SD, 720p and 1080p and 4K
the SD releases seem to be real 720x480 but they look like shit
they never released the 720p 1080 or 4k
so i assume they are liars

plenty of cap cards allow you to capture 5.1DD at 640kbps
i can cap netflix with 5.1 with happugee colossus 2 card

Basically I had URLSnooper2 running while playing a video. For the Android app: I had the app running in Bluestacks. You get some very long URLs, one of them is the audio track.
You need to adjust the URLs from the win8 app a bit. You have to delete something about a range at the beginning of the URLs. They should then look like the URLs from Android.
In Android you get 62kbps and 96kbps 2.0 aac audio. In the Windows8 app you get 192kbps 5.1 ac3 audio.

Sadly no. I currently don't have a Netflix subscription. But the URLs for audio and video are mostly the same. It's a trial and error thing to pick the right URL. You can check your download with MediaInfo, to see what you've downloaded.

I have an example URL from an encrypted video here, but the audio URLs looks the same (IP address changes):

Thx, that was interesting... i did some test using another android emulator. I guess that the faster method to determinate which file is the audio is to copy all the link provided from url snooper and to paste it into the "link grabber" of jdownloader... there you can see the sizes, the smallest ones (around or under 100 MB) are the unencrypted audios, the bigger ones are the (encrypted) videos.

i used Downloaded netflix file shrek folder and worked fine to converting...
i copy uvd convert php file to movie folder and i created bat file to faster create movie and audio file to decode...
i added to attached...
but i dont know a new movie way...

i will download movie
and i will try with Downloaded netflix folder..

If you have a netflix account, you can use "Playon" (Not freeware) to rip videoes from netflix. And many more sites.

Apart from the files according to the version of netflix that I used to download them
The file downloaded with version 5.3.1 of netflix, has the same protection as the HD stream so if they discover how to decrypt it, then it will be possible to decrypt in HD.

I decrypted the one from netflix 3.1 the crypt0.key was correct.. tell me the one from 5.3.1 was the same exact episode? becuase the crypt0.key its the same on any resolution. I used the crypt0.key from the 3.1 directory but it was invalid and i couldnt decrypt it

If, they are the same episode and the same resolution, but as you see, the audio has more quality in the version of netflix 5.3.1.
Anyway, your theory is incorrect, the crypt0.key key works for all available video resolutions in netflix version 3.1 (specifically that version of netflix only allows up to 720x480 resolution) so that key will not work on downloaded videos With the version 5.3.1 of netflix regardless of whether I choose the smallest resolution, so I decided to share the files, to see if anyone more experienced is able to find the way to get the keys of the videos of version 5.3.1 of netflix .
