Hi getFLV

Why don't you answer me ??

I would like a refund under the advertised 30 day money-back guarantee. I bought getFLV on 11/03/2015.

So for the second time, please, begin the refund process.

Thanks

You need to follow the proper contact procedures. This forum isn't the place for order support. From their site:

contact@getflv.net
If you have order problems and questions, let us help you.

Still having issues with shows over an hour stopping during downloading, and not in the same place every time. For example:

http://www.hulu.com/watch/389240

I've tried this five different times and it stops anywhere from 64.1% to 72.3%, so I think it's safe to say that it's not the actual file itself, but instead a problem with GetFLV. In the past, the download could be paused part of the way through, and then restarted which would usually then complete successfully, but this no longer works.

This has been mentioned numerous times before with no fix or even acknowledgment that GetFLV support is aware of or addressing this issue. Would appreciate a response that this is at least getting looked into.

Thanks.

Just tried it two more times and it stopped at 73.9% the first time, 65.8% the second. I know I'm not the only one with this issue, as numerous other posts from other users can attest to.

It used to be able to recover on its own after stalling, but that was many versions ago.

Can i disable google chrome from popping up a window outside gflv? I am trying to get some videos from mindedgeonline.com for school, but it keeps popping up a window outside of getflv and errors out. Mindedge needs a redirect directly from my school's site.

Thanks

Got to 80% this time before it stopped. At least one user here has been able to download it fully, but that seems to be the exception, not the rule. I'm in the U.S., while that user is not and used a proxy. Any suggestion on a proxy to use that Hulu won't flag as a known one?

On a different note, I'd like to make a suggestion in regard to HD streams - when there is an HD version available for a show, the PC will only make the 2000K stream available. However, higher quality streams are available on other devices such as an iPad (but the "emulation" of an iPad in GetFLV doesn't reveal these higher quality streams either), with the only difference being the final characters in the filename which are the quality of the stream. So if there is a 2000K stream listed on the PC, there is most likely a 3200K stream available. If there would be any way that GetFLV could make the higher streams available for downloading by manipulating the filename (replacing 2000 with 3200), that would be really great.

This program used to be much better than it currently is. No idea why it has gone downhill so badly.
