With latest GetFLV (9.8.176.18), we can download your video no problem. Can you upload a screenshot? We will check it.

The site which I need to download from is a online course, needs to enter login and password.

These modes doesn't load the pages correctly: IE Kernel (doesn't load the videos), Safari Kernel iPad (tells me 'html5: Unsupported video format. Try installing Adobe Flash) and Android (can't login). Only Chrome does it properly but now I'm getting the message that the program can't support HDStream at the moment, telling me to use iPad Mode.

I too can download this video with no problems



But for several months I can't download from YouTube rtmpe video
for example:

GetFLV downloads only a few percent (~ 1%), although other programs can do it

I wouldn't even bother man, this kind of "support" gets tiring after awhile.

Like a screenshot of hulu not working offers ANYTHING to help anyone at all. What does a screenshot possibly show anyone? You actually had to point OUT that you had the latest version in the screenshot already, PROVING they didn't even bother to look at it. This is all deflection, acting like they are giving support when all they ever do is use deflection statements:

What version of Windows are you running?
Do you have the latest version?
Can you post a screenshot?

And their favorite:

Whoever runs this "support" thread either does not work with getflv or does not know the first thing about providing support for a paid product.

I am going to wait this out for a couple more days to see if the problem is resolved, then I will be ACTIVELY using every avenue possible to get my money back for both of my licenses, I have had enough of being "handled" and "deflected."
