AccessManager.Reject errors normally occurs when your authentication token is expired or invalid. it's only valid for about 3 minutes. grab the fresh one and try again.

It takes less than a min to input proxy address & replacing that IP. Same result!! :(

then most probably they have banned your ip range because same method (RtmpExplorer) and also latest get-flash-videos works fine for me and others.

because site also tries port 80 and 443. when you are using proxy all traffic on those ports is redirected through proxy while rtmp port (1935) is not redirected.

get-flash-videos is a perl script which supports multiple sites. if you are on windows you can install ActivePerl to use the script.

Your Video script:
Code:

rtmpdump -r "rtmpe://cp72511.edgefcs.net:1935/ondemand" -a "ondemand?auth=eaEd1bLcPdoawbJczdcaVd9d8dpbpblccbzczd4b0cWbWdwd0beaZaAascnadaLcZcj-bpo.7r-eS-7yt3DDrjxsBr&aifp=v002&slist=production/" -f "WIN 11,2,202,197" -W "http://www.itv.com/mediaplayer/ITVMediaPlayer.swf" -p "http://www.itv.com/itvplayer/video/?Filter=307061" -y "mp4:production/priority/CATCHUP/347aefa3/9952/46fe/b5ae/5dd68441d92e/1-9360-0541-001_LORRAINE-(2012)_TX140212_ITV800_16X9.mp4?sessionId=4E453C15-9F4D-E40D-A648-02DF4EC01E4C" -o 1-9360-0541-001_LORRAINE-(2012)_TX140212_ITV1200_16X9.flv
Get a new auth for your self and then replace in this script!! I'm not sure if a new "sessionId" is needed or not!!

Off:
KSV, I still get connection reject for my PC. What should I do? I really need ITV in the future!!

@riddler

your problem is due to restrictive vpn. it blocks connection to port 1935. when connection fails on that port flash player tries on port 80 and 443 so video starts playing in RtmpExplorer. if you read the short guide carefully it specifically says to close the rtmpsrv and when channel logo video starts playing quickly start rtmpsrv again so it only detects the actual video url.

Thank you Bahman for the playpath! I got rtmpdump downloading the programme now. It's currently 2% downloaded hopefully the full programme will download. What VPN do you use? Maybe you can use your VPN for the rtmpsrv part to detect the URL, and then ExpatShield for downloading with rtmpdump.

KSV, do I change the listen port of rtmpsrv to 80?

Now the only issue I have is that I can't get the URL of the video file. Starting rtmpsrv after the ITV landscape scene video starts playing only detects the 'loading' video, whereas starting it after the adverts have played doesn't detect anything. I was only able to get the new authkey from my debug of rtmpsuck where I have up to tcurl not no playpath.

I use a HTTPS proxy that is called Your Freedom (Also support Socks 4 & 5)!! you can't live here without that!:D

KSV, after running get-flash-video in ActivePerl, I have no idea what to do!! :D Should I do sth with IE?

Re: RTMPexplorer - rtmpsrv/rtmpsuck/rtmpdump GUI for Windows

I've successfully downloaded from ITV Player using the URL you posted.

Oh I used to use YourFreedom but it's limited to something like 1 hour. Thanks for the tip, I shall use it just to get the play path, then go back to ExpatShield to get the new authkey using the halfway-terminating rtmpsuck and download using rtmpdump.

Does get-flash-videos work for ITV Player? I could get up to 'using method ITV Player' before closing the connection. Here are the directions for Command Prompt:
change directory to the bin folder of ActivePerl
perl {path to get_flash_videos} {url}
