Flac very good, but files don't have tags, and i need "Artist - Title" filename (no hash, no id)

I personally don't care about tags because i use my personal script to get the tags with MP3Tag, but that's a good suggestion.

Take a look, you don't need any programs, just tested here and it works xD

I doubt that this is actually flac though.
Judging by the file size sitting at around 20mb and the fact that all the songs only are in two channel stereo, makes me wonder if these are flac at all or just converted from 320kbps mp3 files.
See. Most newer songs are recorded in dolby surround sound (5.1).
I even downloaded some songs that I know were recorded with 6 channels.

No, they are real.
There are some upconverted flacs of course (usually from one-day no-name "labels"), but it is smth around 3-5% of all content. Flacs from big labels are real lossless.

To check you could use simple programm auCDtect Task Manager (google it), it was created to catch fake cds (made from mp3) and it works with flacs too. Try download flacs and 320 mp3s, upconvert mp3s to flac and compare results: real flacs will be in green and fake flacs in red.
